Pricing for our services will be provided in advance and may vary based on the size and complexity of your move. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a fee. We understand that changes may happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
5. Liability
While we take great care to protect your belongings, Aussie Movers is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft that occurs during the moving process. We recommend that you purchase insurance for high-value items.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved and ensure that there is clear access to the loading and unloading locations. If any items require special handling, please inform us in advance.
